I would like to start off by saying that Ms. Osborne is a wonderful person to work with and is very knowledgeable in the aspect in which she teaches. Ms. Osborne has been a consultant at our facility for the past year; teaching CPR/First aide, med tech refresher, direct care aide classes, as well as dementia classes. Ms. Osborne makes the learning experience fun; not boring or too overwhelming, she makes the learning process understandable, by incorporating real-life experiences.
